I need to know how to obtain police report and hospital records for my accident. I have no memory of hospital or arrest. I had an accidental over dose of my prescribed medication. I have never had any ticket ever. The code is 108-10/18.2-266. It also states dwi-5413-01 crime code. Is there a way to look using the offence tracking number? Arrested in Caroline County VA

The statue is 18.2-266, our general DUI statute (covers both drugs and alcohol). It covers both alcohol and drugs

You should be able to get your medical records directly from the hospital.

You can get the police report from the appropriate police agency.

This isn't a DIY thing. You should find a lawyer.
