1 DUI under 21,1 DUI now whats gona happen.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California
Greetings there !
I have had a DUI when I was under 21 and I only had to work for the city and ofcourse pay the fees .
i just got a 2nd DUI now at 24 years old ,witha suspended/revoked licence, Are they going to put me to school ? are they going to send me to work also?
Any info and sugestions/advice would be very helpfull to me !

so you were busted again for DUI while you were without a license.

Posts the statutes you were charged under... but I give you a pretty good chance of spending at least a month in jail.
