10th DWI

What is the name of your state: Republic of Texas

Yeah... my "friend" just received my 10th DWI in 2 years. What are the chances I... err... my friend will get off with probation?

uh....are you serious? what was the sentence on the 9th DWI?

that's a DUI every 2.5 months.

I'm not posting this for you, because you're a troll who's just trying to jerk somebody's chain. Nice try. Well...no, not really.

But if somebody who does need this info finds this thread and wants to know:

Third degree felony, $10,000 fine, two to ten years in the pen, and the license gets yanked for two years after that. License reinstatement requires a yearly fee of $1,000 to $2,000 for three years.

What about habitual drunks? I actually haven't received a DWI since I was 17. I've been a good boy since.

Yeah. But my thing is "people who get their clock cleaned and then come back and make **** up just to mess with us." Two of the most recent, who were especially snotty, came to mind. But thanks for letting me know he's a good witch.
