16 DUI - Informal Probation, HELP!

What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

Hi, i recently went to court and got 6 months informal probation for my dui incident. I was wondering ... who is drug testing me?? Will i be drug tested randomly, becuase i have no probation officer since its informal. I dont want to get screwed if i get slapped with a random drug test.

If you don't do drugs, then you won't get screwed.

You have informal probation which means you dont actually report to anyone however the probation department can at anytime in those 6 months call you in for a drug test. They will probably have you go to a certain clinic that they use for the testing.

It also means that you cannot refuse a chemical test if driving a vehicle.
