you probably go no reply because there are seven other threads with the same situation buuuut I am in the same situation and i thought i should share some knowledge.

open container = MIP. Offense B&P 25662a (I believe that is the correct one).
You are subject to: a fine, a suspension of license, and a police record ( i dont know what they call it).

If its your fist alcohol related offense. you can take diversion.

Diversion (from what i know these are the standards) - 8 AA meetings. Return with finsihed meetings and record is cleard (charges dropped). Suspension of license will stay(in my situation it did).

Work and school license? When you go to turn in your AA meetings. Bring receipt of school, school schedule, work schedule, paystub, or anything that will help with verification.

LOOK REPRESENTABLE. BE HONEST, SINCERE, AND SHOW RESPECT.
Dont do fake it either.

drunk in public.... dont know much but i would assume it would be a fine and also another reason to suspend your license.

you will only be allowed to divert one charge ask the judge which would be better to divert.

Good luck man.
