Question

1st DUI while on probation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. Law)? Pennsylvania

I just recieved my first dui last night. I am currently on ARD Probation for criminal mischief. I have never had an alcohol related charge on my record before this... What are the possible outcomes of this?

no way you will get ARD for this...

I am asuming you injured no one...

you will be facing charges that depending on your BAC... will land you a minium of 2 days in jail.... maybe more...

oh and you violated your probation.. I am sure a condition of your probation is DONT GET ARRESTED..

you are in big trouble...

get ahold of a DUI Lawyer first thing in the morning.
