Early saturday morning I, got arrested for dwi in north carolina, with a bac of .10. Lost my license for 30 days. This is my 1st offense. I really need my license back asap. My question is, what can a good attorney do for me.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

That's just the administrative suspension. You'll actually get suspended for a year upon your criminal conviction. One you have your conviction you can apply for a hardship license. You won't get it for at least thirty days.
You'll have a hearing and other hoops to jump through.

A lawyer can help guide you through all this and see if there is any way out of the full up DUI conviction (unlikely though).
