2 Dui in WA , 1st in Ca , Wa duis not on Ca dmv record

California State:

I just got arrested for Dui in Ca for the first time. I got my Dmv record and my Dui in Washington state dont show. i had a second Dui which i took Deffered Prosecution on;also in washington .

Would i be consisdered a first time offender in Ca?
