2nd CA DUI -accident w/injuries

CA- my ex/father of my child just got his third DUI (ones over 10 yrs old). He is being charged with accident and injury (everyone refused medical treatment). He is a bartender....he's being very vague about what he may be facing. Whats the law in CA for this type of offense? He claims he still has a license to drive...which I can't understand? Where do I go to find out the facts?

Thank you- worried mom

Maybe I can help

I aslso live in california and I stumbled upon this site trying to help a friend who is trying to clear up his hitory so he can clen up his past. He is looking at 3 dui' as I understand and has warrents for his arrest.

I can tell you now that if your husband/boyfriend has one, let alone more then one dui he legally can not drive. Plus he is looking at jail time if he is caught.

If you truely care for him yo should try for a good lawyer, but as my friend has found, it still looks very bleek, even if you turn yourself in.
