2nd DUI. Is the DA offering a bad deal?

i have:
one previous dui, alcohol
and
posession of meth (seperate incident)
and
battery w/intent to great bodily harm
that are all previous charges, im still on formal, unsupervised probation for the last two.
i got arrested for dui, drugs in may. considering the two violations of probation (plus they found weed in my urine when they tested me so maybe one more) and the additional dui, what should i expect a da to offer as a deal? I currently have an attorney but i don't think he really cares about my case. I have been sober from meth for two and a half years and have successfully completed prop36 and am doing well. i just took a sleeping pill before i drove expecting to return home shortly. the da has currently offered 180 days and an intense program for marijuana. would i be able to serve this, or any time that includes punishment for a probation violation on house arrest?
