Question

2nd DUI MI

What is the name of your state? Michigan
i recently got my 2nd DUI (i'm a winner) which is two in less than 7 years. i am curious as to what will happen to me and whether or not it would be worth it to get a lawyer. It is especially bad since i live in Ohio now and i'm really not looking forward to jail or losing my job. i would appreciate any info.

Cool

a no brainer

srm1980,

defending yourself or going with a public defender will result ( most likely) in jail time, unbielivable fines and no driving for at least three and a half years!! beg, borrow or anything else you have to do to raise money for a competant lawler. you stand to lose your freedom and more importantly income! i've lost about 100,000 dollars in the last three years just because i could'nt get my tools from point a to point b. it's to great a price to pay! also, you may want to check out your local AA meetings and stop in for a visit. i rather enjoy the progam and the people there. good luck and god bless. kevincher from illinois.
