2nd Dwi

What is the name of your state? Tx

I received a Dwi and then one year later I received a 2nd Dwi. I have been to out patient rehab and go do AA meetings weekly on my own (not court ordered). I have done everything on my probation for the 1st Dwi and I go to court soon for the probation violation for getting the 2nd. I just wanted to know how hard are they going to be on me for the violation and the 2nd Dwi. I have a good job and do not want to lose it.

Can't tell you about your job.

Expect to spend some time in jail. (72 hours at least).
Community Service (at least 80 hours)
32 hour DUI course
More fines, more surcharges.
Interlock if they let you drive this time. Hard suspension for
at least 180 days.

The fact that you blew the supervision is not going to help. You are in serious need of a good lawyer.
