combines in to one conviction.

I am eligible for NYS DDP.
But still have no word as to What my license will.
Conditional or none?

In part:

If your driving record contains two or more alcohol or drug-related incidents in 10 years, the DMV requires written evidence, before your application will be considered, that substance abuse treatment is not required or has been successfully completed. See "IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT ALCOHOL OR DRUG REHABILITATION".

These classes are for a limited time period .

Either you pass without further recommendation , or you will be referred for further evaluation/treatment .

You have to apply for a conditional license .

It is possible ( if approved ) to include to and from these DDP classes .
