2nd MIP in 1yr in CA

Got pulled over for registration, police searched, got 1st MIP in 5/05 I took Drug/Alchohal classes, paid neccesary fines, and had a clean public record, no liscence restrictions

I ran a red light, police searced, got a 2nd MIP 6/06 (1 bottle of beer that i never claimed), 6/06 and haven't got court info yet

I was just wondering whats the best case/worst case scenario. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

What was the code section you were cited for?

Depending on the section, chances are that you face a fine, counseling, and a mandatory license suspension for up to one year.
