2nd Offense DUI conviction - driving question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Small amount of background info - I was convicted for the 2nd time in a 5 year period of DUI. I completed all of the court requirements and was released from probation early. I have not driven for a little over a year. Are there any states I can live in and obtain a valid drivers license (now) with or w/o an interlock device?

For the state of Florida - what is necessary to obtain a hardship license? Is it possible that I would be able to obtain a hardship license?

It doesn't matter where you move.

All states will honor your sentence as read.
