They will ALL extradite you back. However, the key is if VA will pay to bring you back.

But, since your license will be suspended everywhere, I hope driving isn't important to you. And the warrant will prevent you from receiving most forms of government assistance and/or loans, and you will always have to wonder if tomorrow will be the day they will come for you.

If you have a mental disorder that impairs your ability to drive, you should not be driving. If you have adriver's license you are expected to follow the rules of the road ... and NOT drive DUI.

That is not a defense that's why you can't find a competent attorney to make that defense.

Id like to be helpful but I dont think that we have all of the facts. How do you have a third DWI a claim of untreated mental disorder (I dont not believe that alcholosim is a MENTAL disorder) and the AUDACITY not only to continue to drink and drive but to refuse all tests when you are arrested. Give somemore details on your "mental disorder" as for no extradition...how is your portugese? I think that Brazil is one of the countries that will not extradite back to the UNITED STATES.
