Question

3rd FRA suspension....scared, please help

What is the name of your state? Ohio

in 2000, I got a driving under FRA (1st offense).

in 2002, I got another FRA (2nd offense).....90 days suspended license, $500 fine, and jail time removed

yesterday (9/15/05), I got another one. They impounded my car and plates and I go to court tuesday.

I am in compliance with my 1st offense, but not the 2nd, due to this one.

Will they forfiet my car? I am so scared. What is likely to happen......any guesses or anything ??

I had to file bankruptcy when I was in college, and my car is 400/mon (because of predatory loan), and because of these FRA's, my insurance is close to 300/mon.

I have difficulty making payments. I already have two jobs......I just don't know what to do.

I am getting insurance on monday and reinstating my license before court on tuesday. Will that help at all? Should I talk to the prosecutor at the court house before I go in or anything?

I would greatly appreciate some expert advice on this situation.

thank you in advance,
Christi

**A: hey not to worry. You will not be driving any longer.

I figured as much, but concerned whether or not you feel they will immobilize and impound plates for 180 days, or do you believe they will infact do a forfeiture, and if you do believe forfeiture, is there anything I can do to appeal this process?
