Question

4th DWI Missouri

Missouri - I am confused about the laws defining felony DWI convictions in Missouri. I rec'vd a DWI in Columbia, MO in 1988, a BAC in Jefferson City, MO in 1991, a BAC in Jefferson City in 1992. One of the BAC charges was a SIS conviction. All three convictions were misdemeaners. On December 19, 2005, I was arrested for DWI and refused the breathalizer. Will this latest DWI be considered a felony? I know I will lose my license for a year for refusing the test but will I ever be able to get my license back? Can I get a hardship license?
