No DUI ticket issued at the scene...What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Colorado I was involved in an accident in my vehicle but wasn't driving though I was intoxicated...the driver of my vehicle left the scene...the officers didn't issue me a DUI ticket but kept my license and sent me to detox...how long of a time period do the officers have to issue a ticket if they think that I was driving as I was the only person at the scene...the accident didn't involve any witnesses or other vehicles....and there was no mention of a DUI ticket on the report left with the detox facility... and I have already retrieved my vehicle from the car pound...is there a time limitation for them to issue a ticket? __________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
