I guess you WERE mostly serious. Oh well, to answer you:
What IAAL said is correct concerning interstate reporting. Assumimg MN DMV is doing their job (not always a certainty) the revocation will show up when the new state pulls your record.
Even if it doesn't, you'll still be asked on most apps if you have EVER had your driving privileges revoked/suspended. My best advice is always be truthful when you are required to give info. A false statement on any gov't application is usually worse than the underlying offense.
You need to realize that, in addition to the punitive/rehabilitative aspect of most DUI legislation, there is a DEFINITE revenue enhancement aspect as well. Drunk drivers have no lobby, no public sympathy, and desperately need what DMV is offering you (your license back). The extra (and endless) DMV fees (in addition to the actual fines and class attendance charges, etc) are just part of the fun of a DUI.
Pay the $800, move on with your life, and stop driving drunk.

My head hurts after reading this ridiculous thread. Hopefully you have now received your answer in a form you understand, and this long, tedious, hell will end.
