allowed to leave state?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia.

My friend got charged with a DUI (BAC of .17) a few weeks ago. His court case is not for another few weeks. He was supposed to come with us on a spring break trip to florida. Is he allowed to leave the state of Virginia?

It depends on his bond restrictions. They should have had your friend sign the sheet.
