Am I responsible if my drunk husband kills someone while driving?

I suppose what I mean is can I be held responsible financially. Can they sue me and take our house and other belongings.

well, you didn't answer my question so let me say this: there are situations where it would be reasonable to include you as a defendant in a suit. Actually, there are times where you could be held criminally liable as well.
