anyone got any clue? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA In the State of VA, if you are required to install an Ignition interlock device and your 1 yr restricted driving period is up and you weren't able to get an ignition interlock installed during that time because of being deployed and the fact that you don't and didn't own a car and still don't own a car...what happens then? 1. Don't own a vehicle and restricted driving period is up? that question make any sense? thank you for your help ahead of time... Last edited by yghetr; 03-21-2009 at 10:06 PM. |

| Not sure how it is in VA but in PA to be able to drive you must install an ignition interlock on any vehicle you drive even if you dont own a car. I would call your DMV. |

| I believe you will not get your license back without six months of interlock restriction. You'll have to talk to VASAP as to what you do if you have no car. |
