I was arrested for dwi, given an arraignment date several days later the arressting officer called me at 7pm and asked to meet with me because the court date had been changed and he had the paperwork regarding this. When I asked him to send the paperwork to my laywer he said he could only give it to me. What is going on? can they just change the date after my lawyer has been retained and everything??
