Arizona Hates me

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I got two dui's in Arizona, one in 1998 and one in 2000. I completed all of my necesarry classes for the courts, I drove with a breathalyzer device for 12 months and I carried sr-22 insurance for 3 years. I was told by Arizona that everything was done and all was good. I have had no legal issues since my dui's and went to get my license switched over to Colorado where I have moved and was told Arizona has a hold on my license and until I fill out a revocation packet, they will not remove it. I am in Colorado and financialy cant afoord a trip to Arizona to deal with this yet I cant a job here until Arizona releases my license. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I suggest that you complete the revocation packet...
What did the folks in AZ say when you asked them how to do that in your situation?

Yes they will mail the packet or I can print it offline, It is the information that I no longer have access too, all of my personal records were lost in a house fire and they want me to contact my counselors again and get them to sign things, these are people I havent talked to or thought about in nearly 6 years, and have no idea how to get ahold of them or where they work etc... I have to have things signed by the police and/or courts or maybe I am simply not educated enough and am missing something about the form, but I am not sure how to get that information from Colorado. Thank you for your repsonses, its very helpful in an extremely frustrating situation
