Arrested

I'm from Illinois and my question is I have a relative who was arrested for a dui warrant. The bond is $2500 to walk, he goes to court on 9/23/05 what can he or I do to have the bond reduced. He has a job and references, and is doing community work.

All you can do is ask your attorney for a bail reduction hearing, or ask when he goes to court on the 23rd. You can't do anything until that time.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but he should have thought about that great job before drinking and then getting behind the wheel...
