| minnesota. A person is convicted of his 4th dui. He gets one year , 120 days in jail, 240 days suspended. He also recieves 4 years probation. He serves the 120 days. He is out on work release and gets his 5th dui in 50 days. He is immediately sent to rehab for 10 days and is now monitored and on work release. He still has 120 days left on the suspended sentence, 4 years probation, and charges stemming for his 5th dui. What kind of sentence is he looking at on the 5th dui? would they add on to the existing sentence and doesnt 4 years probation mean that he would return to jail?
im clueless how the system works. Thanks for the advice |
