background check in ArizonaWhat is the name of your state? AZ Anyone know if a DUI will appear on a normal Criminal Background Check in AZ? Happened one time, 5 years ago. Thanks. |

| All background checks are not created equal. Different information will appear depending on who is asking for the info, why, and how far back they go. There is no such thing as a "standard" background check. Assume that they will find the information and respond accordingly. If by any chance this background check is being peformed for employment purposes, be aware that (a) most employers will care far more about being lied to than the will about a single five year old DUI (unless the job involves driving) and (b) if you lie and get caught, that is grounds for immediately being placed on the do-not-hire list. If you've already been hired when they get the info, it's grounds for immediate termination. |
