As bad as a dui?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Arizona.

I got pulled over and I blew .122. they charged me with a dui. I agreed to a plea bargain with spiritous liquor in person under 21 while driving. I'm asking if its as bad as getting a dui. and job wise can i still get a CDL.
