blew a .20


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny

What is the chance of someone who had a .20 bac(and possibly as high as a .24) from a blooddraw ,which from what i have been researching is a aggrivated dwi, getting it talked down to a dui? From what i've been researching the most they would drop it to is a dwi...

Well depending on your location and the really good lawyer you retain , maybe .

My county will NOT offer you a plea .

Your looking at two DWI charges actually .
