Blood tests PLEASE HELP!!

What is the name of your state? Michigan

Can you tell me I have heard from others that if they take blood for the purpose of blood achol that they must do it in front of you and they must seal two files of blood in front of you and you must initial it for it to be used in court against you. Can you tell me if this is true and where I can find the law where it's written.

My son was in a severe accident with much damage to his face so he couldn't do the blow device.
