Boating under the influence

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina
I received a boating under the influence last night in
north carolina. I work and live in Virginia and have a CDL for my job. How will this BUI effect my driving record. I blew.09. The magistrate told me that this would not go on my driving record, but I am hearing differently today.

Bui Is Dui

The can treat it the same, hit your state laws, do some research, and get a lawyer who knows his DUI stuff.
