My response:

I don't know, so you tell me . . .

Is it because of the fact that you were born in a barn off of some dirt road in the back hills of Kentucky, or did you learn to be a stupid idiot? I'd bet that you normally wear Bib Overalls, with one strap loose, and you play a Banjo - - am I close? One thing is sure - - your I.Q. number probably matches your chronological age number.

What do you mean by asking . . .

". . . breath test given at jail soon as i got there (0.182) no rights read."

You were so DRUNK off your ass that you undoubtedly didn't know which end was up, and couldn't remember if your "rights" were read to you, or whether you were born at the "stockyards."

Who cares about your medical condition? What does THAT have to do with the fact that you were drunk, and placing lives in danger?

Of course the D.A. can inform the judge of your past felony drunk driving convictions. Your sentence will be enhanced as a result.

I hope that Hicksville judge throws the "book" at you - - at about 90 miles per hour.
