cancellation of IL license

What is the name of your state?Illinois
Just received a notice stating privileges have been withdrawn and denied because charges in another state. Just got his license back after being found not guilty of a DUI here in Il. The notice provides the following section numbers, Il vehicle code
6-209,6-301,6-209 and 6-103(3),6-101. Have tried finding these and cannot.What are they, what is the result if failure to surrender license as requested?
