Can't get the DUI settled

What is the name of your state? Ohio
on mar.17 i was pulled over for my first dui, i'm 45 and never been in trouble before. i refused the bac only because i have acid reflux and i was affraid of a false reading. the troopers deposition stated that he followed me on us30, he followed me on rt66, he makes no mention of this. he states the reason he followed me is that my license plate light was out, he was pulling out before i even got to him, i seen him a half mile out. the judge for my case was a good friend of mine 20yrs. ago but we had a falling out and i truely don't know why. i have actually been in a car with him when he could hardly walk;we were in the jaycees together. i've requested driving priviledges but i've been turned away hard every time. i haven't even been to court yet and was forced to take a dip class. the judge wanted a letter from my employer which i got even thou i pleaded that by doing so may cost me my job. in one breath he says do this to get priviledges and then the next he says he never said that. he even called my work to see if i needed privledges then lied to my att. saying personnel told him i didn't need them. i asked personnel and told me the exact opposite. i need advice please.

My response:

Yes, you definitely need a "dip class" because you really are a "dip sh*t."

What makes you think that anyone here wants to help a DRUNK who drives? Did you think that you might kill someone before you got behind the wheel?

No, my friend - - you need some time behind bars to make you THINK before you do this again!

Oh, and when you're behind bars, make good use of your time by taking an English Lesson book with you. You could learn some things about punctuation, spelling, and overall grammar.

High school was just a drunken, fuzzy, memory for you, wasn't it?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE,

What is it with these morons that drink, drive, get caught and then whine about their problems. They should be thankful they were caught before killing some innocent family as so often is the case.

Dittos to what you posted!!!!!!!!
