Case file hasn't reached my lawyer....

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

So I heard from my lawyer yesterday and he stated that their June 6th request for the discovery in the case has not been fulfilled and the state has yet to send anything to his office. He said to keep my fingers crossed, but well, I know that this probably won't change anything. Anyone from Jersey or other states come into this type of situation with their case?
