Class Action Mercer County, Pa

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I heard there was a class action filed by Randy Hetrick against Mercer County Pa for DUI refusals.
Does anyone know anything more, like name and date of this suit?

Randall Hetrick is a Mercer County DUI lawyer who has been wrangling various points of law on DUI's.

The action specifically covers 11 defendants who had DUI's asserting that the state police standard warning was not sufficient to comply with the implied consent law covering the ramifications of refusing a test after being stopped in that it doesn't mention that if despite refusing the test if the case proceeds and results in a conviction the fact that they refused the test caused additional sanctions to be levied.

The state has agreed and has asked the judge in question to review his decisions.
