Concealed permit.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA

I have to go to court to have my concealed carry permit taken from me after I was convicted of DWI first offense in June of 2007. Can I get my concealed carry permit back? The permit was in Pittsylvania County. I haven't lived there since August of 2007.

You must wait three years and then you can reapply for your concealed permit.
