My friend was arrested for underage consumption and his remaining in college depends on the outcome of his trial. The officer only gave him the eye test with his finger, as my friend continued to deny he had been drinking. No breathalyzer was used. Is the eye test enough evidence to convict him of underage consumption? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
