Question

D.U.I. mistake in G.A.

What is the name of your state? Georgia
I was charged and arrested with a dui in 1997, I tested under the legal limit but being young i pled no contest. Since then I wasn't able to get a good job. Now what can I do to get my license back without all the fines that I can not pay?

You can't. You'll have to use the public transportation system and pay off the fine in increments.
