Deferred prosecution and insurance

What is the name of your state?

WASHINGTON

Charged with DUI. I admitted to consuming one beer. Was also taking prescription meds (benzodiazepines). BAC by blood was zero. Benzo's were at low end of therapeutic range. Prosecutor won't budge. I will be petitioning for deferred prosecution. Question: During the treatment and probationary period, will my insurance company be notified? Will I have any obligation to report or otherwise inform them of the situation? State law indicates that I will be required to maintain liability insurance, but not special SR-22 insurance. Thanks.
