*** Clearly, since we do not know the terms of your probation, or the facts of the accident, we are not able to 'devine' whether there was a violation or not. I would suggest you contact the licensing authorities and ask for a clarification and/or reason.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I agree, you need to check your probation rules very carefully. I'm sure that there was something in there about contacting your PO immediately after having any incident that involves the police. It may be that, it may be something totally different.

JETX....Something fly up your skirt? I'm glad that you feel all big and bad behind that computer keyboard. If you don't like my posts, then don't read them. Your post wasn't exactly full of intellectual insights, but I'm not as insecure as you obviously must feel, since you have this overwhelming urge to point out other's supposed short-comings.

Have the best day, ever.

Awwww, poor baby.
Tried to make a useless post purely to bump her count up (to all of THREE) and got called on it.
Then got all upset about. Gee, do I feel bad.
