Diversion program for underage possession of alcohol

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

What will the diversion program do to help me? Will it help to where my lisence will not get suspended?

There's no way you are NOT going to lose your license over this. The suspension period in some courts is longer than if you were convicted. Either way expect 6-12 months suspension, VASAP courses. Fine, probation.

Hardship license is at the discretion of the judge. Most up here will not authorize if you have other legitimate transportation and will demand your exact work or class schedule be approved and carried with you to show if you are stopped you are inside your restriction. Don't even think about driving outside of your license restrictions.

What? Where did I say you couldn't get a restricted without the diversion? Are you still intoxicated? VASAP is not the diversion. VASAP is a course you're going to likely be ordered to take either way.
