| I would say it means somebody made a mistake. Calif Vehicle codes only have up to 5 digits.

| I suspect it is for CVC 13353.2 - driving with a BAC of higher than the legal limit (.08 for most people, ,04 for commercial drivers, .01 for under 21 folks). - Carl
