dmv question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ca. i was sent a letter from dmv driver safety branch its an order to set aside vehicle code 133532 what does this mean?

Location: I don't know. The guys with the keys won't say. I think it's top secret info.

I would say it means somebody made a mistake. Calif Vehicle codes only have up to 5 digits.

I suspect it is for CVC 13353.2 - driving with a BAC of higher than the legal limit (.08 for most people, ,04 for commercial drivers, .01 for under 21 folks).
