Hello,
This is an interesting one...
So last June I received a DUI in the state of Washington while on business, but at the time was a resident of California. I completed all court-ordered actions (alcohol class, MADD panel, etc) in California which was okay'd by the judge. In any case, my driving priveleges are obviously currently suspended in Washington, but it doesn't really matter because I'm not going back there and they didn't report the offense to California, thus it is not currently on my driving record. Here's where things get interesting...
I just moved to Virginia and thus have to get a Virginia license. My question is, because the offense is not listed on my California driving record, will the Virginia DMV know about the offense and will they allow me to get a license here? Do they do a query of all DMV agencies, or just the one where you currently have your license?
I suppose since I have completed all the necessary pre-requisites I could get my license reinstated in the state of Washington, but I'd rather not upset the equilibrium if possible because I don't know if it will then go on my California record.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!!
