drinking

What is the name of your state? north carolina

A person has been drinking and is given a ticket for possessing a malt beverage. That person did not have an alcoholic beverage in hand, but had been drinking. Will the charge hold up in court. Email is [email]hi_all_yall@hotmail.com[/email]...or sn is heeytesss

Depends on the malt beverage. If it is a chocolate malt, then it is NOT possession. However, if it is a San Miguel, that would be possession.

In either case, if the person meets the legal definition of 'drunk' and is driving, then that is DWI.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Is it illegal in your state to possess a malt beverage in your state, or were you under age. Just because it's not in your hand doesn't mean your not in possession. If your in a vehicle and the alcohols in the there also, your in possession.
