What is the name of your state? I am from North Carolina and I recieved an underaged drinking citation. The officer wrote wrong information on it (including my age), and included no details of the situation at all. I was not breathalyzed. Should I go to court? If I just pay it off will it be on my record?

Bad response JETX, this is a nonwaivable offense that requires a court appearance. It does go on his record. Their are options. i.e. Deferred Prosecution and PJC
