Drunk in Public

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

In Jan of 08 I was found guilty of buying a minor alcohol and given 2 years probation with 30 days of jail time suspended. Recently I got a drunk in public and a urinating public and will be going to court soon. Is there any chance that i'll have to serve the 30 days that was suspended during my first case? Please help me
