Saturday night I was stopped because I was following a friend to a restaurant in which case this friend stopped abruptly which cause me to come to an abrupt stop also. Comming about 10 inches away from his bumper. Any how the CHP pulled me over. He gave me three roadside test including the breathalizer to determine whether I was drunk. I blew .12. I was also driving on suspended license. I was arrested. I was arrested for vc.23152(a) &(b) and vc.14go1.2 My question is : Last year I was charged with a wet & wrecklace. My court date is set for Sept. 19 2002. Whats the worst that can happen and and should I get a Lawyer.
