dui


What is the name of your state?california [SIZE=1]i was convicted of a dui in california in 1991 then in 1993 i was arrested for my 3rd dui i chose to leave the state and not go to court i figured if i'm not there they can't conviect me. my question is will the statute of limitations run out on the 10th year and will this charge go to the archives?[/SIZE] :

the statute of limitations is tolled while you are on the run. hope you dont get pulled over in the meantime, a warrant may have been issued for your arrest.

you will be arrested if you are pulled over for any traffic offense as you have an outstanding warrant.
